To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a full refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include:
- Personalised or custom-made items.
- Intimate or sanitary goods such as underwear.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.

4. How to Return Your Item

To return an item, please contact us at info@cultvana.com to initiate the return process. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@cultvana.com. You are entitled to a full refund or replacement, including any shipping costs incurred.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe, please check your bank account again, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@cultvana.com.

8. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty.

9. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@cultvana.com.

10. Your Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which entitles you to a repair, replacement, or refund if the product is faulty, not as described, or does not last a reasonable length of time.
